Along with the expansion of medicine, there has also been an expansion of nursing. Like other great professions, nursing is a great profession. Nursing profession is also ahead in eliminating unemployment. The number of nurses in our country is less than the need for health care. Although many nurses are officially produced every year, there is a shortage of nurses in the country.

Therefore, the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh provides opportunities to interested entrepreneurs to start some private nursing education institutions. Following this, in 2015, The North Bengal Nursing Institute, approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and affiliated to the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, started activities to expand nursing education. 

All the nurses instructors, officers and employees of the organization have been working tirelessly and cooperating with me in the formation of skilled nurses. The Executive Council and the Managing Director have continued to give me the right direction and all kinds of support for the proper management of the organization. 

The Board of Directors wishes the organization to have the opportunity to serve the people of the country by meeting the minimum demand of nurses in the health sector of Bangladesh by creating skilled nurses. 

In the end, let us pray to the great Creator, fulfill their wishes and keep the dignity of their hard work intact so that we can reach our goal togetherly.
